We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with a strong background in the construction industry. The ideal candidate must have hands-on knowledge of civil and interior works and proven experience in selling construction services. The role requires building strong client relationships, driving business growth, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities within the construction and interior sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Promote and sell construction services related to civil and interior works.
  • Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations, quotations, and proposals.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
  • Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
  • Coordinate with the operations and project teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the construction industry.
  • Good understanding of civil and interior work processes.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle client queries and provide quick solutions.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reports and presentations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹240, ₹480,000.00 per year
