Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive / Sr. Executive / Asst. Manager / Manager / Sr. Manager / Chief Manager – Sales & Marketing located in Noida. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as identifying and developing new sales opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales strategies to meet targets. Responsibilities also include market research, preparation and delivery of sales presentations, negotiation and closure of sales deals, and collaboration with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies.

Salary Range:
₹3 LPA – ₹9 LPA (with career growth and timely incentives)

Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential customers and generate qualified leads.
- Convert client queries into leads and further into sales.
- Participate in sales presentations, client meetings, and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate and close sales deals effectively.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies and campaigns.
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and provide detailed product knowledge.
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports.
- Build and strengthen broker networks for maximum business growth.
- Explore nearby markets for deeper project penetration.
- Regularly coordinate sales reviews with senior management.
- Participate in sales training programs to enhance performance.
Requirements
- Graduate / Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1 to 10 years of sales experience (Real Estate, Banking, Finance, Insurance, Luxury Automobiles, or Wealth Management preferred).
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter, highly motivated, and sales target-driven.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Customer-focused with strong problem-solving ability.
- Physically fit, confident, reliable, and eager to learn new opportunities.
