Company Overview
PSR Compliance is a leading consultancy firm based in Noida, specializing in business registration, licensing, compliance, and taxation services. We support businesses with end-to-end solutions such as Company Incorporation, EPR Authorization, BIS Certification, LMPC, FSSAI Licensing, WPC, and Trademark Registration.
We are hiring a Business Development Executive with prior experience in compliance/regulatory consulting to drive client growth and business expansion.
Role: Business Development Executive -Key Responsibilities
- Identify, pitch, and close new business opportunities in compliance & licensing services.
- Handle client requirements across EPR, BIS, LMPC, FSSAI, and related regulatory approvals.
- Prepare and present tailored proposals, quotations, and service presentations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat & referral business.
- Collaborate with marketing for lead generation strategies.
- Consistently meet monthly sales & revenue targets.
Eligibility Criteria
1–2 years of proven BD/Sales experience in compliance, regulatory consulting, or related services.

Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related fields.
Strong knowledge of licensing & regulatory processes.
Excellent communication in English & Hindi.
Strong negotiation, presentation & client-handling skills.
