  • Ownership of Department Metrics, Department Plan, B2B, Volume Increase, Market Penetration, Leads Generation, Doctor Relations, Corporate Tie-ups & Agreement Renewals, New Empanelment, Events, Customer Issues Resolution, External Clinicians Satisfaction, Corporate Satisfaction, Group Branding Coordination and CRM Tool
  • Accountable for Day-to-Day OP & IP Count, Credentialing of Doctors, Team Doctor Calls Monitoring & Reviewing, Meeting Key External Clinicians, Meeting Corporate, Processes, Outcomes, SLA Adherence, Retention and Team Development
  • Daily Meeting with Team Daily Calls, Clinicians List, Areas Allocation, Expected Cases, Corporate Patients, Camps/ Events
  • Daily Meeting with Reporting Head Statistics, Escalate Clinician Issues, Doctor Payment, Online Customer Review Score, Focus, Action Plan
  • Daily Meeting with Admitted Referral Patients and Coordination for Issues Resolution
  • Weekly Meeting with Feeder Clinicians to Improve OP, Medical and Surgical Cases
  • Weekly Meeting with Medical Director in Introducing New Specialties, Clinicians and Follow up Action
