
Office Assistant

The Office Executive plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of an organization. They are responsible for handling administrative tasks, coordinating between departments, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth office functioning. This position requires good organizational skills, communication abilities, and a strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and office operations.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, phone calls, mail, etc.).
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents (physical and digital).
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Ensure office supplies are stocked and requisitions are made as needed.
- Support HR, finance, and other departments with administrative assistance.
- Monitor office cleanliness and facility maintenance needs.
- Follow up on tasks and deadlines with internal teams.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹8, ₹15,000.00 per month
