Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Office Executive / Admin Assistant to support daily office operations across HR, Admin, IT, Technical, and Purchase functions. The ideal candidate should be organized, efficient, and comfortable handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced work environment.
Administrative & Operational Support
- Handle day-to-day office administration including record maintenance and filing.
- Manage petty cash and expense records.
- Assist in procurement and purchasing of office supplies and vendor coordination.
- Support in HR and staff-related documentation and coordination.
- Coordinate with internal departments
Technical & Office Tasks
- Prepare and maintain registers, trackers, and Excel sheets.
- Handle Word, Excel, and email correspondence efficiently.
- Ensure smooth functioning of IT and office equipment in coordination with vendors.
Recruitment Assistance
- Post job ads on job platforms
- Maintain candidate databases and follow up on applications and interviews.
- Support in onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
