Job description of Office Admin in Safex Fire Services limited
Safex is a 50 year old family business and provides very good job stability and growth for its employees provided the employees are loyal and sincere towards their work.
Designation: Office Admin
Location: Andheri (Walkable from Station)
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing quotations, proforma invoices, and related documents.
- Managing bill payments (mobile, electricity, credit cards, etc.) and reconciling monthly statements.
- Coordinating travel arrangements (flights, trains, buses, hotels).
- Maintaining databases and preparing weekly reports for management.
- Assisting with vendor registration, purchase order coordination, and dispatch follow-ups.
- Supporting payment follow-ups and general administrative documentation.
Qualification:
· Min: Graduation in any field (Commerce/Science/Arts)
· Min Exp: 1-3
Salary:
CTC 2-2.5 LPA (depending on candidate)
(Local train pass shall be provided. Above CTC includes EPF, paid leaves and annual bonus)
Office timings: 10am-6.30pm (Mon-Fri) & 10am-4pm (Saturdays)
