Job description
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to staff, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
 
- Data Entry: Accurately enter data into computer systems, maintaining records and databases.
 
- Document Management: Prepare, edit, and maintain documents, reports, and presentations.
 
- Scheduling: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
 
- Office Operations: Maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
 
Essential Skills
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 
- Organization: Strong organizational and time management skills.
 
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
 
- Attention to Detail: Accuracy and attention to detail in performing tasks.
 
- Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze problems and implement solutions.
