Roles and responsibilities:

  • 24x7 Support
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • ITIL Incident, Service Request Management.
  • Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting desktop pcs, laptops, and networks in a heterogenous technology environment
  • Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions
  • Conduct on floor support on resolving the reported issues.
  • Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
  • Report customer feedback and potential product requests
  • Proven work experience as a Support Engineer or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments
  • Working knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals, like printers and scanners
  • Knowledge of network security practices and anti-virus programs
  • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
  • Customer-oriented attitude
  • Upon RMA part received will coordinate
  • VMS pass
  • Knowledge on defined SLAs (Service Level Agreement)
