Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune for a Desktop Support Engineer. The role involves providing technical support for desktop computers, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and managing printer support. Additionally, the engineer will perform hardware installations, configuration tasks, and ensure the smooth functioning of IT systems through proactive maintenance and timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Desktop Computers and Computer Hardware
  • Experience in Technical Support and Troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of Printer Support and configuration
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach
  • Ability to work efficiently in an on-site team environment
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Specialist, or equivalent are a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field is advantageous
