About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Outbound Dialer Representative (OBDR) with a minimum of 1 year of experience in international markets. This role is primarily focused on lead generation (80%), with a sales component (20%), helping to drive business growth through proactive outreach and qualification of prospects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential international clients using a dialer system.
- Generate and qualify leads through structured calling campaigns.
- Engage prospects to understand their business needs and introduce relevant products/services.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and lead status in CRM tools.
- Schedule appointments or product demos for the sales team where applicable.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly KPIs related to calls, leads generated, and conversions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads.
- Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance to improve effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in outbound calling, lead generation, or sales in international markets.
- Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Familiarity with outbound dialer systems and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
- Ability to handle objections and maintain professionalism in conversations.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Experience in B2B lead generation or inside sales is a plus.
