Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager - Key Account Manager to drive new business opportunities and nurture client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in acquiring new clients, managing strategic accounts, and driving revenue growth preferably in the recruitment, staffing, or HR solutions domain.

This role demands a proactive, consultative approach to client engagement and business generation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire new business opportunities across industries, focusing on technology and product-driven companies.
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with key client stakeholders (CXOs, Hiring Managers, TA Heads).
  • Understand client hiring needs and align Continuity1s recruitment solutions accordingly.
  • Drive revenue targets through client acquisition, account expansion, and consistent delivery.
  • Collaborate with the delivery/recruitment team to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity, client communication, and forecasts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.

Requirements

  • 4 - 8 years of experience in business development or key account management, preferably in recruitment, staffing, or HR consulting.
  • Proven success in acquiring and managing enterprise clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and talent market dynamics.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal delivery teams.
