Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to handle inbound calls, assist customers with their inquiries, and proactively upsell relevant services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and the ability to provide outstanding customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests with a problem-solving approach.
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional services and products based on customer needs.
- Maintain a deep understanding of company offerings to provide accurate information.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Accurately document customer interactions and follow up on unresolved issues.
- Adhere to company policies, guidelines, and quality standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or sales (preferred).
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Persuasive and confident in upselling products/services.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Positive attitude, patience, and ability to remain professional under pressure.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus).
