**Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Technical & Non-Technical)**

**Job Location**: Jaipur

**Salary**: ₹26,000 to ₹34,000 CTC

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives for both technical and non-technical processes. The role involves addressing customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Escalate customer queries via call and ensure timely resolution.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
- Provide the best possible resolutions to customer concerns.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Meet customer requirements and ensure their satisfaction with prompt and accurate solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- Any Graduate
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Basic computer knowledge

**Skills**:

- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Patience and ability to handle customer concerns
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
