Position: Customer Service Representative (CSR) and Telesales (fluent in English)

Location: vaishali nagar, Jaipur

Qualification:
Undergraduate/Graduate (Non-Technical Background)

**Experience**:
6 months to 3.5 years

**Salary**:
Fresher: ₹14,800 (in-hand)

Experienced: ₹23,000 (in-hand)

Additional Benefits:
₹3,000 Attendance Bonus

₹3,800 Variable Pay (based on performance)

Language Proficiency:
Fluency in English and Hindi
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Support:
Provide accurate information about products and services.

Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and maintain high customer satisfaction.

2. Telesales:
Contact potential customers to promote company products and services.

Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

Achieve sales targets and maintain a strong sales pipeline.

3. Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales leads.

Generate reports and share updates with the management team.

4. Team Collaboration:
Coordinate with internal teams for seamless service delivery.

Share customer feedback and insights to improve products and processes.
Key Skills:
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.

Sales aptitude with the ability to meet targets.

Basic computer proficiency and ability to work with CRM tools.

Time management and multitasking abilities.
Work Schedule:
Full-time position with regular office hours.
