**Job Summary**:
As a Fintech Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive and seamless experience for our customers utilizing our financial technology products and services. You will be responsible for addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer support through various channels.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Interaction**:

- Provide accurate and relevant information regarding the company's fintech products, services, and policies.
- Assist customers in navigating online platforms and troubleshooting technical issues.
- **Issue Resolution**:

- Identify, analyze, and resolve customer issues or concerns effectively and efficiently.
- Collaborate with other teams, such as technical support or product development, to escalate and resolve complex problems.
- Document and track customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the company's CRM system.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Stay informed about the latest updates, features, and changes in the fintech products and services offered by the company.
- Educate customers on how to maximize the benefits of the fintech tools available to them.
- **Compliance and Security**:

- Ensure that all customer interactions and transactions comply with relevant regulations and security protocols.
- Assist in verifying customer identities and transactions to prevent fraud and unauthorized access.
- **Feedback and Improvement**:

- Gather customer feedback and insights to contribute to the continuous improvement of products and services.
- Collaborate with the product development team to communicate customer needs and suggest enhancements.
- **Communication Skills**:

- Clearly and concisely communicate complex information to customers in a user-friendly manner.
- Provide guidance and instructions to customers for using fintech tools effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
