We are looking for an enthusiastic **Telecaller** to join our team at **Cityvibes**. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, generating leads, and promoting our brand and products through effective communication.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products and services.
- Generate and qualify leads, converting them into potential customers.
- Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and offers to customers.
- Maintain and update customer databases with details and feedback from calls.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to ensure a high conversion rate.
- Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions to ensure satisfaction.
- Record call outcomes and update CRM systems with customer interactions.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- **Experience**: 0-2 years of experience as a Telecaller, Telesales Representative, or similar role.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a clear and professional phone manner.
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
- Good organizational and multitasking skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office tools is a plus.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
