
Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing timely assistance and resolving inquiries related to our IT and electronic products and services. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and building strong relationships with our valued clients.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Support**:
- Provide product information, technical assistance, and troubleshooting support to customers experiencing issues with our IT and electronic products.
- Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
**Order Processing**:
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing payments, and tracking shipments.
- Coordinate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers.
- Follow up with customers to confirm order details, delivery schedules, and satisfaction with their purchase.
**Technical Expertise**:
- Utilize your knowledge of IT and electronic products to assist customers with product selection, configuration, and usage.
- Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and product features to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
**Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by demonstrating empathy, patience, and professionalism in every interaction.
- Proactively engage with customers to anticipate their needs, identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, and promote customer loyalty and retention.
**Documentation and Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Generate reports on customer service metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
- Provide feedback to the management team on customer trends, issues, and areas for improvement.
**Requirements**:
- Prior experience in customer service or support roles within the IT or electronics industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and technical aptitude to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer support tools.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
