Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cluster Business Leader - Commercial Banking, located in Bengaluru. The Cluster Business Leader will be responsible for driving business growth, managing customer relationships, ensuring service excellence, developing business plans, and leading a team to achieve targets. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing market trends, identifying business opportunities, engaging with clients, providing financial advisory, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams and adherence to compliance and risk management protocols.
