Location: Vibhuti Khand Lucknow
Job Type: Full-time
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and result-driven Telesales Executive to join our growing team. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone, explaining our products/services, and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers
- Explain products or services and answer customer questions
- Convert leads into sales through persuasive communication
- Maintain and update customer database (CRM)
- Follow up with interested leads and ensure a high conversion rate
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Handle customer queries, objections, and feedback professionally
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve strategies
Requirements:
- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or similar roles (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident and persuasive phone presence
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools
- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
- Fluent in English/Hindi
- High school diploma or equivalent; graduation preferred
