Job Title: Telesales Executive

Location: Vibhuti Khand Lucknow

Job Type: Full-time

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and result-driven Telesales Executive to join our growing team. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone, explaining our products/services, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers
  • Explain products or services and answer customer questions
  • Convert leads into sales through persuasive communication
  • Maintain and update customer database (CRM)
  • Follow up with interested leads and ensure a high conversion rate
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Handle customer queries, objections, and feedback professionally
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve strategies

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or similar roles (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confident and persuasive phone presence
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
  • Fluent in English/Hindi
  • High school diploma or equivalent; graduation preferred
