We are looking for a passionate and results-driven **Telesales Executive** to join our sales team. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone, explaining our products/services, and persuading them to make a purchase or book an appointment/demo.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided leads database.
- Explain the company’s products/services and answer customer queries.
- Follow up on previous interactions to close sales or generate interest.
- Maintain customer data accurately in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly call and conversion targets.
- Handle customer objections professionally and provide satisfactory solutions.
- Collaborate with the sales team and report to the sales manager on performance.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a telesales representative or other sales/customer service role is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and persuasive phone manner.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity.
- Strong sales skills and the ability to achieve targets.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus.
