**Job Description: Telesales Executive - Construction Company**
**Location**: Vibhuti Khand, Gomti Nagar

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote construction services and offerings.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and professional communication.
- Provide detailed information about the company’s construction services and address client queries.
- Identify sales opportunities and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to improve customer acquisition strategies.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office.
