Job Overview

This role is ideal for someone who has experience connecting with people at all levels, balancing business needs with employee challenges, and driving HR initiatives that impact both people and performance. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience, with a strong foundation in HR, and at least the last 2-3 years spent in an HRBP role.

Job Responsibilities

  • Employee Relations & Retention:
    Regularly connect with employees to understand their sentiment and identify areas where improvements can be made to enhance the overall employee experience.
  • HR Programs & Initiatives:
    Lead and drive the execution of ongoing HR initiatives and programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Performance Management:
    Oversee the performance management cycle and ensure compliance with set guidelines and timelines.
  • Employee Engagement & Innovation:
    Introduce and implement innovative ideas for employee engagement programs to foster a motivated and high-performing workforce.
  • HR Strategy & Policy Development:
    Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and best practices to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    Effectively navigating relationships, understanding diverse needs, and driving HR initiatives that align with the business's strategic goals.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant HR certification is a plus.
