The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience, with a strong foundation in HR, and at least the last 2-3 years spent in an HRBP role.Job ResponsibilitiesEmployee Relations & Retention: Regularly connect with employees to understand their sentiment and identify areas where improvements can be made to enhance the overall employee experience.HR Programs & Initiatives: Lead and drive the execution of ongoing HR initiatives and programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.Performance Management: Oversee the performance management cycle and ensure compliance with set guidelines and timelines.Employee Engagement & Innovation: Introduce and implement innovative ideas for employee engagement programs to foster a motivated and high-performing workforce.HR Strategy & Policy Development: Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and best practices to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization.Stakeholder Management: Effectively navigating relationships, understanding diverse needs, and driving HR initiatives that align with the business's strategic goals.Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant HR certification is a plus.
