Roles & Responsibilities:

Position: DGM Marketing(Super Luxury) Gurgaon Location

Level: DGM

Location of Seating: Gurgaon

Budget for the role: Good (inclusive of hike) + Sales Incentive (paid out on a quarterly basis)

Job Description/ Brief Outline of the Expectations from the Role:

  • Track record of success in promoting super luxury products or services
  • Strong knowledge of the luxury market, trends, and consumer behavior
  • Deep understanding of high-net-worth buyers' behavior and preferences
  • Track record of successful marketing campaign development and execution
  • Proven Experience in Event Management & Brand Management
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing
  • Creative thinking and the ability to develop unique and compelling marketing campaigns
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Experience in organizing and managing high-profile events and collaborations
  • Proficiency in luxury brand aesthetics and understanding of the luxury consumer's mindset
  • Attention to detail, exclusivity, and a deep understanding of the luxury consumer are paramount
