Key Responsibilities:

  • Brand Positioning & Strategy:

  • Develop and execute offline marketing strategies aligned with the projects luxury positioning.

  • Plan and manage ATL/BTL campaigns, including print, outdoor, radio, and on-ground activations.

  • Event Management:

  • Conceptualize, plan, and execute high-end events, exhibitions, and customer engagement activities.

  • Coordinate with vendors, creative agencies, and internal teams for seamless execution.

  • Media Planning & Execution:

  • Handle media buying and partnerships across print, outdoor, cinema, and radio.

  • Ensure optimum ROI and consistent brand visibility.

  • Collaterals & Branding:

  • Oversee the design and production of marketing collaterals, brochures, standees, and branding at project sites.

  • Ensure brand consistency across all offline touchpoints.

  • Vendor & Budget Management:

  • Manage external vendors, agencies, and event partners.

  • Track marketing spends and ensure adherence to approved budgets.

  • Market & Competitor Analysis:

  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities and improve marketing effectiveness.

Key Requirements:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in real estate marketing, preferably in luxury or premium segment projects.
  • Proven track record of planning and executing impactful offline campaigns and luxury events.
  • Strong vendor network and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication, planning, and coordination abilities.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for detail and premium aesthetics.
