Key Responsibilities:
Brand Positioning & Strategy:
Develop and execute offline marketing strategies aligned with the projects luxury positioning.
Plan and manage ATL/BTL campaigns, including print, outdoor, radio, and on-ground activations.
Event Management:
Conceptualize, plan, and execute high-end events, exhibitions, and customer engagement activities.
Coordinate with vendors, creative agencies, and internal teams for seamless execution.
Media Planning & Execution:
Handle media buying and partnerships across print, outdoor, cinema, and radio.
Ensure optimum ROI and consistent brand visibility.
Collaterals & Branding:
Oversee the design and production of marketing collaterals, brochures, standees, and branding at project sites.
Ensure brand consistency across all offline touchpoints.
Vendor & Budget Management:
Manage external vendors, agencies, and event partners.
Track marketing spends and ensure adherence to approved budgets.
Market & Competitor Analysis:
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities and improve marketing effectiveness.
Key Requirements:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in real estate marketing, preferably in luxury or premium segment projects.
- Proven track record of planning and executing impactful offline campaigns and luxury events.
- Strong vendor network and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication, planning, and coordination abilities.
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail and premium aesthetics.
