About the Role:

The role involves driving property sales, strengthening client relationships, and executing marketing strategies to achieve business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve property sales and rental targets
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, digital campaigns, and property portals
  • Conduct property presentations, tours, and client meetings
  • Build and maintain strong client and investor relationships
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on digital and offline campaigns
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to refine strategies
  • Prepare sales reports and contribute to marketing plans

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in sales/marketing (real estate preferred)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills
  • English/Marathi/Hindi MUST
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools (social media, Google Ads, CRM)
  • Target-driven, self-motivated, and a team player
  • Office 365, Canva, Lead Generation
