Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Pune. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will manage daily sales activities, develop and execute marketing strategies, and provide exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include market research, client acquisition, managing sales transactions, conducting training sessions, and maintaining relationships with clients. The role will also involve coordinating with different departments to ensure seamless operations and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
  • Ability to conduct Training sessions and coach team members
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Prior experience in the Heavy Engineering sector is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
