We are seeking a Solution Consultant to lead the technical success and implementation of the AOTM Intelligent Automation Platform (IAP) for our global enterprise clients. This is a high-impact, client-facing role combining technical presales, solution design, integration expertise, and implementation ownership.

You will be responsible for ensuring the end-to-end success of AOTM deployments, from discovery and PoCs to final delivery and adoption, acting as the trusted advisor to client stakeholders across IT, operations, and business functions.

Role & responsibilities

  • Technical Presales Leadership: Own technical discovery, architecture, and solution design discussions in partnership with the sales team.
  • End-to-End Implementation Ownership: Lead the success of AOTM IAP implementation for clientsensuring alignment from presales to delivery and value realization.
  • Demos & Client Workshops: Deliver high-impact product demonstrations and solution walkthroughs to global enterprise clients, highlighting real-world business value.
  • PoCs: Design and execute tailored Proof-of-Concepts that validate AOTMs effectiveness across domains like BFSI, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing.
  • Solution Design & Architecture: Define scalable, enterprise-grade automation architectures integrated with ERP and legacy systems.
  • Integration Management: Work closely with engineering to ensure robust API integration with platforms like SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, and cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Customer Success Enablement: Guide global clients through implementation planning, training, adoption, and ongoing success with the platform.
  • Compliance & Security Oversight: Ensure solutions meet enterprise-grade standards for security, privacy, and compliance (e.g., ISO, GDPR).
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as a liaison between clients, product, engineering, and delivery teams to drive project alignment and innovation.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in AI/ML-driven automation, IDP, NLP, or enterprise solutioning.
  • Proven experience delivering technical demos and PoCs to global clients in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Deep understanding of ERP ecosystems, API integration, and enterprise architecture.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and workflow automation tools
  • Excellent communication, technical storytelling, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with an MBA is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications


•Industry experience in BFSI, Pharma, Textiles, Life Sciences Manufacturing, or Supply Chain preferred.


•Strong business orientation with the ability to explain technical solutions in terms of business outcomes and ROI.


•Familiarity with automation platforms, low-code/no-code solutions, and RPA & AI Platforms


•Knowledge of data governance, compliance standards, and enterprise IT infrastructure.
