
Senior Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our Wealth Management and Portfolio Management sales initiatives within our franchise sales business model. The role primarily focuses on acquiring and managing High Net-Worth Individual (HNI) investors, driving investment opportunities, and building long-term client relationships while contributing to the growth of our franchise network.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive client acquisition by actively identifying and engaging HNI and Ultra HNI investors.
- Present and promote a wide range of wealth management and portfolio management solutions tailored to client investment goals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the franchise network and increase Assets Under Management (AUM).
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for client acquisition, investments, and revenue growth.
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with prospective and existing HNI clients.
- Conduct financial planning discussions, portfolio reviews, and investment advisory sessions.
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and servicing of HNI clients and franchise partners.
- Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor offerings, and economic developments to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- Represent the company at seminars, networking events, investor meets, and other forums to enhance brand visibility.
Key Requirements
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business, or related field; MBA/CFP/CFA preferred.
- 5–8 years of experience in wealth management / portfolio management / investment advisory / franchise sales.
- Proven track record of HNI client acquisition and achieving investment sales targets.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and wealth planning tools.
- Excellent networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Entrepreneurial, self-driven mindset with ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Ability to present complex investment concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
