To accelerate our expansion, we are seeking a Senior Sales Manager who can drive admissions growth, lead by example, and mentor a team of sales professionals.
About the Role
As a Senior Sales Manager, you will play a key leadership role in driving revenue and admissions for our language programs. You will manage the sales funnel, ensure high-volume calling activity, and inspire your team to consistently achieve targets. Alongside managing your own sales performance, you will guide, train, and monitor a team of Sales Executives to maximize conversions and deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of Sales Executives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly admissions targets.
- Personally engage with high-potential leads, making calls, conducting follow-ups, and closing admissions.
- Ensure the team consistently makes 80–100 calls per day per executive and maintains high productivity.
- Provide coaching and feedback to improve performance, communication, and conversion skills.
- Monitor lead pipelines, track KPIs, and maintain accurate MIS/sales reporting.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve conversion rates and reduce drop-offs.
- Deliver an excellent student experience by fostering trust and ensuring smooth admission counseling.
Requirements
- Experience: 5–10 years in sales with at least 2–3 years in a leadership/managerial role.
- Proven Track Record: Consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.
- Fluency in English (spoken & written).
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to track and analyze performance.
- Tools: Must have own laptop and stable internet connection.
- Work Schedule: 6 days a week (Sunday fixed off).
