Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to strengthen our brand presence and drive business growth across multiple industry segments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in glove sales, deep market understanding, and a proven ability to build and manage dealer networks.

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications

  • Proven experience in selling gloves or working with glove trading/manufacturing companies (Latex & Nitrile).
  • In-depth knowledge of various glove types — Examination, Industrial, and Pharma-grade.
  • Ability to develop business across Healthcare, Pharma, and Industrial sectors, engaging customers from early-stage discussions to long-term partnerships.
  • Strong experience in building, managing, and expanding dealer/distributor networks.
  • Thorough understanding of industry compliance, standards, and regulations related to glove manufacturing and trade.
  • Demonstrated success in driving profitable revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Strategic mindset with excellent market analysis and planning skills.

Compensation

This is a senior leadership position heading Sales & Marketing.

Compensation will be aligned with the candidate's experience, current package, and industry benchmarks — no constraints for the right talent.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹50,000.00 per month
