Sales Manager

Salary : up to 500,000 INR plus commission
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and market penetration.
- Provide coaching, guidance, and mentorship to sales team members to enhance their performance and productivity.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales campaigns and promotions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the education industry.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities, to identify opportunities and challenges
- Conduct regular sales meetings to communicate targets, objectives, and performance expectations and to identify opportunities and challenges
- Set clear performance targets and KPIs for the sales team in alignment with organizational objectives.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
- Drive a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement within the sales team.
