Salary : up to 500,000 INR plus commission

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and market penetration.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and mentorship to sales team members to enhance their performance and productivity.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales campaigns and promotions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the education industry.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities, to identify opportunities and challenges
  • Conduct regular sales meetings to communicate targets, objectives, and performance expectations and to identify opportunities and challenges
  • Set clear performance targets and KPIs for the sales team in alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Drive a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement within the sales team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
