Area Sales Manager
Location: (Delhi/NCR)
Reports to: Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies for the region to drive growth of water bottling products.
- Distributor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with super stockists, distributors, and retailers to ensure smooth and efficient product flow.
- Market Expansion: Identify new market opportunities, increase the number of super stockists, and expand the market presence in the assigned area.
- Team Management: Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales performance metrics and develop action plans to improve sales productivity and profitability.
- Training & Development: Provide training to distributors, sales officers, and the team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and market trends.
- Promotions & Marketing: Coordinate with the marketing department to implement promotional campaigns and enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management within the food and beverages FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of distributor and super stockist models.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and regions effectively.
