What You'll Do



Strategize & Execute
: Develop and implement comprehensive B2B marketing plans that drive measurable results



Market Intelligence
: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive movements through continuous research and analysis



Relationship Building
: Nurture existing client relationships while actively prospecting and converting new business opportunities



Revenue Growth
: Identify customer requirements through direct engagement and deliver solutions that exceed expectations



Target Achievement
: Meet and surpass sales targets with a consultative, solution-oriented approach

What We're Looking For

Must-Have Experience:


• 5-6 years in rigid box packaging, mono carton, or corrugated box packaging


• Deep understanding of offset packaging, display stands, premium boxes, and gift boxes


• Proven success in B2B sales within the printing and packaging sector

• Building and maintaining long-term client partnerships


• Identifying market opportunities and converting them into revenue


• Solution-focused approach to enhancing customer satisfaction


• Self-motivated with strong negotiation and communication skills
