The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving growth
by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and
enhancing brand presence. This role requires a balance of in-office strategic
work and on-field client acquisition/relationship-building. The ideal candidate
will embody the elegance and professionalism that Rosentiques is known for,
ensuring that every interaction leaves a lasting impression.
Key Responsibilities
In-Office Duties:
● Develop and maintain a database of high-potential clients and business
leads.
● Research market trends, competitor activities, and potential target
segments in the luxury jewellery space.
● Coordinate with the design, marketing, and sales teams to create tailored
sales pitches and proposals.
● Track and analyze sales data to refine business strategies.
● Schedule and follow up on client appointments, showroom visits, and
events.
On-Field Duties:
● Visit potential clients, high-profile events, and luxury exhibitions to
generate new leads.
● Present Rosentiques' collections to prospective clients, ensuring a
personalized and exceptional experience.
● Strengthen existing client relationships through face-to-face meetings,
gifting, and exclusive previews of new collections.
● Build partnerships with wedding planners, stylists, and other luxury
market stakeholders.
● Represent Rosentiques at brand showcases, exhibitions, and premium
networking events.

● Strong networking skills and ability to approach and engage
high-net-worth clients confidently.
● Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
● Passion for luxury products and an understanding of fine jewellery
aesthetics.
● Outgoing personality with a polished, elegant demeanor.
● Ability to work independently and handle both office-based and field
activities.
