**Jewellery Sales Executive - Job Description**

**Location**: Grant Road / Kemps Corner, Mumbai
**Position Type**: Full-time
**Salary**: ₹40,000-₹50,000 per month (based on experience and performance)
**Gender**: Male / Female
**Experience**: 2-5 years (preferably in jewellery or luxury retail sales)
**Qualification**: Any Bachelor’s Degree

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Customer Service and Sales**:

- Greet customers, understand their preferences, and assist in selecting jewellery pieces.
- Provide detailed information about products including gold, diamond, silver, and gemstone jewellery.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling.
- **Product Knowledge and Presentation**:

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of jewellery designs, trends, pricing, and purity standards.
- Ensure jewellery displays are attractive, clean, and well-organized.
- Assist in tagging, inventory, and display arrangements.
- **Billing and Documentation**:

- Handle cash and card transactions accurately using POS systems.
- Prepare invoices, maintain customer records, and ensure proper documentation.
- Ensure accuracy in pricing and product details during billing.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Follow up with customers post-sale for feedback and service support.
- Manage customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
- **Team and Store Support**:

- Coordinate with the store manager and team for smooth operations.
- Participate in stock counting, store events, and promotional activities.
- Adhere to company policies, grooming standards, and security protocols.

**Required Skills and Competencies**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Polite, patient, and customer-focused attitude.
- Good product presentation and grooming standards.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with POS systems.
- Fluency in English and Hindi (knowledge of Marathi is an advantage).

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
