Job Title: B2B Sales Executive - Jewellery Industry

Department: Sales & Marketing

Experience Required: 3-7 years in B2B Sales (preferably in jewellery or luxury goods)

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard new B2B clients including jewellery retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.

Maintain and grow existing client relationships through regular follow-ups, meetings, and business reviews.

Drive sales growth by understanding client needs and offering suitable product solutions.

Represent the brand at exhibitions, trade shows, and client meetings.

Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure product availability and customization requests.

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy.

Prepare quotations, sales orders, and ensure timely payments from clients.

Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets and report performance to senior management.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Proven B2B sales experience in the jewellery, luxury, or fashion industries.

Strong network of retailers, wholesalers, or distributors.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to understand jewellery products, trends, and pricing strategies.

Self-motivated with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Willingness to travel

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
