**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Greet and assist customers in selecting jewellery based on their preferences and requirements.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of jewellery products, gold bridal jewellery

Explain product details, quality, pricing, and certifications to customers.

Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets.

Maintain a visually appealing and well-organized showroom.

Process billing, payments, and documentation accurately.

Handle customer queries and concerns professionally and efficiently.

Stay updated on industry trends, new designs, and competitors.

Participate in promotional events, exhibitions and marketing activities.

**Skills & Qualifications**:
Education: Minimum HSC/Graduate in any field.

Experience: Prior experience in jewellery retail sales is preferred.

Customer Service Skills: Strong ability to engage and assist customers.

Sales & Negotiation: Ability to persuade and close sales effectively.

Product Knowledge: Understanding of different jewellery types, metals, stones, and certifications.

Communication: Excellent verbal (English / Gujarati / tamil ) and interpersonal skills.

Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with POS system /social media & basic computer knowledge

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
