Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in this full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include conducting client presentations, negotiating contracts, and maintaining a deep understanding of the company's product offerings. The role also involves providing exceptional customer service, assisting clients in selecting the perfect jewellery pieces, and staying updated with market trends to identify new opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in sales, customer relationship management, and client servicing
  • Knowledge of jewellery, diamonds, or luxury goods is highly preferred
  • Ability to meet sales targets and manage a sales pipeline effectively
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as CRM systems
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and competitive sales environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in the jewellery or luxury goods industry is an asset
