Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Generate leads through outbound calls, cold calling, and telemarketing to drive business growth.
  • Convert leads into paying customers by upselling and cross-selling insurance products over the phone.
  • Meet daily/weekly targets for lead generation, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients using CRM software.

Job Requirements :

  • 1-4 years of experience in BPO sales, telemarketing, or telesales industry.
  • Strong communication skills in Malayalam language (written & spoken).
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets through effective cold calling techniques.
