Telecaller Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective clients to generate leads and set appointments.
  • Provide detailed information about properties, payment plans, and promotions.
  • Maintain and update CRM records with accurate lead data and call logs.
  • Follow up with prospects and nurture leads to closure.
  • work on the data
  • Collaborate with the sales team for follow-ups and handovers.

Experience & Skills Required

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling or telesales, preferably in the real estate domain.
  • Strong communication skills in English (good to advanced).
  • Persuasive, confident, and goal-oriented attitude.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer proficiency (MS Office).
  • Ability to work in-person (Noida office) under day-shift hours.
  • Graduate preferred; at least 12th-pass acceptable.
