We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Telecaller – Sales to join our dynamic team and contribute to expanding our client base through proactive engagement and persuasive communication.
Job Summary:
The Telecaller – Sales will be responsible for initiating calls to potential clients, explaining Kenbox Technology's products and services, and driving successful conversions. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for technology sales, strong communication skills, and a results-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads or databases.
- Explain and promote Kenbox Technology's software products and digital solutions effectively.
- Identify customer needs, provide product information, and generate qualified leads.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, feedback, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and lead generation targets.
- Handle customer inquiries, objections, and concerns professionally.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align outreach strategies.
- Provide insights and feedback from customer interactions to improve sales processes.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through consistent follow-ups.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, Excellent verbal communication and listening skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools or MS Office.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in IT product sales, HR tech, or software solutions.
- Fluency in additional regional languages is an advantage.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Number of calls made per day.
- Qualified leads generated and conversion rate.
- Monthly sales and revenue targets achieved.
- Customer engagement and satisfaction scores.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: Upto 3 LPA
- Benefits: Health insurance, training programs, etc., if applicable.
Work Schedule:
- Days: Monday to Friday
- Timings:9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
