About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to join our team. The primary responsibility will be to reach out to D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) brands, pitch our application, and schedule meetings for product demos.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to D2C brand owners and marketing teams
  • Explain the features and benefits of our application
  • Schedule demo meetings for the sales/product team
  • Maintain call logs, follow-up details, and meeting schedules
  • Build and maintain a positive relationship with potential clients

Requirements

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable making outbound calls
  • Basic understanding of sales or telecalling roles
  • Ability to persuade and handle objections confidently
  • Prior telecalling experience is a plus (but not mandatory)
