We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to make outbound calls, explain company services, collect required details, and create or update customer profiles in the system accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to inform them about company services.
  • Handle inbound queries efficiently and professionally.
  • Maintain records of calls and profile creation
  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing team.
  • Follow up on leads and ensure complete data entry.

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate.
  • Basic computer knowledge and data entry accuracy.
  • Prior experience in telecalling or data entry will be an added advantage.
  • Conversational verbal communication skills in [English/Hindi].
  • Positive attitude and ability to handle rejections gracefully.

Salary:
