Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers and pitch financial products.
  • Understand customer needs and offer suitable credit/loan solutions.
  • Handle inbound leads and convert them efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate lead records and follow up regularly.
  • Achieve daily & monthly calling and conversion targets.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term relationships.

Requirements:

  • 1–5 years of sales or telecalling experience (finance domain preferred)
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Goal-oriented, confident, and self-driven
