Role Overview:

We're looking for a confident and persuasive Telecaller Executive with 3-4 years of experience in the FMCG industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging customers over the phone, promoting products, handling inquiries, and supporting sales campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote FMCG products

  • Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries efficiently

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups

  • Support sales and marketing teams in lead generation and campaign execution

  • Meet daily call targets and conversion goals

  • Provide feedback on customer responses and market trends.

Candidate Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of telecalling experience in the FMCG sector/ industry

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and call tracking tools

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

  • Graduate in any discipline; fluency in English and Hindi.
