Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Telecalling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling 50–100 inbound/outbound calls daily related to order confirmation and order status. The role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and a customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend and manage inbound/outbound calls related to order confirmation and order inquiries.
  • Accurately record customer details and order-related information in the system.
  • Provide clear and concise information to customers about their orders.
  • Resolve basic customer queries and escalate complex issues to the concerned department.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers.
  • Meet daily/weekly calling targets and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Maintain call records, reports, and update the database regularly.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in telecalling/customer support.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in [English/Hindi]
  • Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls (50–100 per day).
  • Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office/CRM software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience in e-commerce/order management/customer support.
  • Multilingual communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
