We are seeking dedicated and motivated Telecallers to join our Collections team. The primary responsibility of this role is to make outbound recovery calls to clients who have defaulted on their microfinance loans. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and the ability to manage sensitive situations with professionalism and empathy.

Candidate is entitled to a fixed salary
