We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller (Female) to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for many prospects and play a key role in representing the organization's values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote services.
  • Answer inbound calls and resolve customer queries with professionalism.
  • Explain products/services clearly and persuasively to generate interest.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
  • Schedule appointments, follow-ups, and pass qualified leads to the sales team.
  • Maintain call logs, MIS reports, and daily performance records.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English and Hindi.
  • Candidates must be proficient in English speaking and communication. Applicants without strong English-speaking skills should not apply for this role.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

  • Location: Noida
  • Timings: 10 AM – 6 PM, Mon–Sat
  • Compensation: Per Month
